Vintage Notes
Harvested later in the year, once the temperature hits below -14C. In order to be a certified VQA Icewine the grapes cannot thaw throughout the processing period, must stay frozen. The longer they remain on the vine the higher sugar content in the grape making them very sweet. 50-55pounds of grapes per bottle

Full bodied, medium alcohol, high acidity, lusciously sweet, high flavour intensity, long finish.
