Grizzli Winery is one of the largest wineries on West Kelowna’s Wine Trail and welcomes visitors year-round. Our 9-acre estate property and 60,000 sq./ft. building features the impressive Grizzli Winery tasting room, art gallery, wine lounge, and state-of-the-art production facility. Our architecturally award-winning building showcases stunning west coast-style architecture, luxurious cedar beams, 60-foot ceilings, lush foliage and cozy seating nooks with vineyard views.

The Okanagan Valley is Canada’s premier wine-growing region. It's desert-like climate and unique terroir stand to compete alongside old-world wine regions. With an ever-changing panorama, the valley stretches over 250 kilometers, across sub-regions, each with distinct soil and climate conditions suited to growing a range of varietals from sun-ripened reds to lively fresh and often crisp whites that consistently rank among the world’s best at international competitions.

Grizzli Winery's namesake has a historical association, as 'Kelowna' is the First Nations name for grizzly bear.
Grizzli was born out of a dream to see a community hub in the heart of the Okanagan Valley, a place welcoming to all. This is an aspiration that the proprietors, along with our Grizzli team are still inspired to accomplish daily.
Grizzli Winery was founded by the Chang family, who immigrated to Canada from Taiwan in the 1990s with the intention of starting a small winery with their passion in winemaking. Years later, this passion grew to wanting to share BC’s gem of wine making culture with the world.
