Train Wreck Comedy and Grizzli Winery are thrilled to present an unforgettable evening of comedy in the vineyard. Featuring a hand-curated show of three talented and hilarious comedians for this special event, get ready for a summer evening of delicious wine and gut-wrenching laughter.

Unwind and relax as you enjoy dazzling entertainment. Snack on locally curated charcuterie boxes, sip on estate-grown wine, and spend a memorable evening surrounded by lush vineyards.

Each ticket includes entrance & seating in our outdoor Vineyard Pavilion, as well as your very own charcuterie picnic box paired with a glass of Grizzli wine (or sparkling juice!). (Option to choose vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or nut-free picnic boxes at checkout).

Beverages including wine & sparkling juice will be available for purchase at the outdoor wine bar. Wine tasting available inside the tasting room.

COMEDIANS

Rob Balsdon: Conductor of Train Wreck Comedy, Rob Balsdon, as the master of ceremonies. Rob has been running Train Wreck Comedy for thirteen years in the Okanagan area. His career highlights include sharing the stage with his idol and SNL alum Norm MacDonald and a mini tour with comedy legend John Wing, this past fall.

Opening Act - Matt Baker: Kelowna, BC

Your goofy guide to laughter; Matt Baker is a BC-based comedian who has performed coast to coast in bars and theatres alike. His comedic style is light-hearted, observant and seriously silly. Matt has been on JFL Northwest, Yuk Yuks and can be heard on CBC's LOL radio. Matt's writing and delivery will have you laughing and giggling throughout the evening; he is an act that is a must-watch!

Headlining Act - Big Daddy Tazz Winnipeg, MB

In high school, Big Daddy Tazz realized his natural ability to make people laugh.

After falling on his face, his teacher asked what he was trying to prove. Tazz quickly answered, “Gravity!” Laughter erupted, and thus the saga began.

Having performed various shows stretching from a client’s 101st birthday to a biker initiation makes Tazz one of the most sought-after comedians working today. Tazz can do what he loves on and off stage: to make people laugh! 

His off-the-cuff style brings the audience together, making them feel part of his family, sitting around the kitchen table playing crib.

Often described as “one of the most talented comics in the business,” Big Daddy Tazz has been delighting crowds at fundraisers, corporate events, festivals and on television for over 30 years! This year was extra special for Tazz as he received the John Candy Award for outstanding achievements supporting comedy and mental health.
