'Migration of Forms' explores contemporary surrealism and the emotional landscapes that shape human experience. Through layered imagery and expressive composition, Kovalchyshyn invites viewers into a visual dialogue where memory, resilience, and transformation intersect, creating a deeply evocative and immersive artistic journey.

Admission to the exhibition is complimentary; however, an RSVP is recommended. The exhibition officially opens to the public on June 1, 2026, and will be on display in the winery lounge and tasting room until September 27, 2026.

Lesia Kovalchyshyn

Lesia Kovalchyshyn is a Ukrainian-born artist based in Canada. Working primarily with acrylics and oils, she explores themes of inner states, memory, and identity through the lens of contemporary surrealism.

Her practice is centred on creating visual imagery that blends symbolism with intuitive composition. Through multilayered scenes and metaphorical forms, the artist cultivates a space for individual perception, where the viewer becomes an active participant in the process of interpretation.

Since moving to Canada, her work has gained an additional dimension, reflecting the experience of transformation and the reimagining of personal and cultural belonging. Each series forms part of an ongoing exploration into the interplay between the internal and external worlds.

Lesia Kovalchyshyn’s practice aims to establish a subtle emotional dialogue with the viewer, allowing individual experiences to achieve a universal resonance.
