Vintage Notes

Our Rosé Wine is made from Pinot Noir Grapes, harvested in late Autumn. To gain that beautiful Rosé colour, after harvesting, the Pinot Noir grapes are macerated for only a limited time to allow the grape skins and seeds to infuse the juice. The skins and seeds are then removed to protect those delicate notes and fruit flavours of the Pinot Noir Rosé.
