A sweet perfume of honeysuckle, melon, and citrus fills the nose. The palate is soft and round with notes of pear, honey, and almond. An easy sipping, light bodied white perfect for the patio or dressed up for dinner.
Vintage Notes
Perhaps the oldest family of grapes, there are many different types of Muscat (much like Pinot) but most share the perfumed muskiness that gave it their name. Also renowned for producing wines that taste of grapes (most wines don’t) as well as floral and citrusy notes. Muscat Blanc is most well-known for being of higher quality than Muscat Ottonel and Alexandria.
